Tuition Fees & Class Policies

When you enroll with us your tuition includes many things, not just your classes!  

As an enrolled family you will recieve high-quality music from around the world, specifically chosen for young children AND a gorgeous, fully-illustrated children's picture book to read and sing-along to at home.  It includes a digital download code to unlock the music in the free "Music Together®" App, and a CD should you need.  New families also receive a Parent Guide chock-full of the research behind every little thing we do in class. Full Semester Tuition: 

Fall 2025:

Mixed Ages & Babies - First child - $285; 1st sibling in same class - $195; 2nd sibling in same class - $100; Infant siblings and/or twin (under 6 months) in the same class attend FREE

Rhythm Kids® - First child - $285; 1st sibling in same class - $195; 2nd sibling in same class - $125.

 

You can still join us even if the semester has already begun - please contact us before registration to arrange a reduction in your class fee

 

Tuition Fees Includes: 

  • Fall Mixed Ages & Babies - 10 weekly 45-minute in-person classes for child and parent/caregiver
  • Fall Rhythm Kids® - 8 weekly - 1 hour in-person classes for child with parent/caregiver (also includes weekly at home practice activities)
  • Illustrated songbook and professionally recorded music to play with at home - a new collection EVERY semester!
  • Access to the award-winning Music Together App with personal download code to access our music
  • Access to the Family Music Zone® for online educational activities (inc drumming videos for Rhythm Kids®)
  • Music Together's guide to making music (new families only)
  • Lifetime membership to our TipToe Music Families Facebook Group with additional musical activities, songs and more to expand at-home learning for the full semester and beyond

Drop and Go!

Camp Fee: TBC

  • learn in a 45 minute Rhythm Kids® class and community drumming session at the end of every day

  • learn about djembe drumming and community music-making

  • learn about the Rhythm Kids® animal of the season

  • learn about a geographic location and culture linked to our RK Animal

  • make crafts & play games to support our music and learning.

  • engage in dramatic play to learn about our RK animal

  • Each family will recieve their own Rhythm Kids® Songbook and music (CD/Digital Downloads) for our summer music collection, as well as our usual Rhythm Kids learning materials and daily craft (NEW for summer camp!)

 Pop Up & Drop-In Classes:

Regular Pop up Class Fee: First child $30, siblings in the same class $15 each

Drop In Class Fee: $30

Infant siblings and/or twin (under 6 months) in the same class attend FREE!

Tuition fee includes: 

  • 1 x 45 minute class for child and parent/caregiver at a special location (or 1 hour Special Event class including craft making time)
  • Come ready to sing, dance and have some fun!
  • Please note if you need to cancel your drop in class attendance we require at least 48 hours notice and we will do our best to move you to an alternative drop in spot within the semester.  If you need to cancel a pop up class attendance we require at least 48 hours notice to allow for a credit, this allows us to invite waitlisted families to take your spot. Refunds are not available for drop in or pop up classes. Thank you!

 

 Introduction to Music Programme:

Introduction to Music Fee - Mixed Ages: First child $140, 1st sibling in same class - $80; 2nd sibling in same class - $60; Infant siblings and/or twin (under 6 months) in the same class attend FREE

Introduction to Music Fee - Babies: First child $140, Twin/Triplets in the same class attend FREE!

Tuition fee includes: 

  • 4 x 45 minute class for child and parent/caregiver at a special location
  • Take home music and TipToe Music information sheet to help you keep the music alive between classes
  • Come ready to sing, dance and have some fun!

 

 Mini Music Together® with Mandarin Programme:

Mini Music Together with Mandarin Fee: First child $135, first sibling $110, second sibling $75

Tuition fee includes: 

  • 4 x 45 minute class for child and parent/caregiver at our regular locations
  • Come ready to sing, dance and have some fun!

 

 Annual Holiday Jingle:

Class Fee: First child $32, siblings in the same class $15 each - ALL PROCEEDS ARE DONATED TO CHARITY

Infant siblings and/or twin (under 6 months) in the same Jingle attend for FREE

Tuition fee includes: 

  • 1 x 45 minute in-person class for child and parent/caregiver at our regular locations and lots of silly, festive fun
  • Please come dressed in your festive outfits ready to sing and get into the Holiday spirit! Ugly sweaters are welcomed!
  • Please note refunds and credits are not available for the Annual Holiday Jingle as all proceeds go to charity. Thank you!

  Additional items:

  • There is a non-refundable one-time New Family Admin Fee of $25 for ALL new families (excluding Pop Ups, Drop In classes and Holiday Jingles)

  • Should you love class SO much that you want to join us twice a week you can do so at a reduced fee!  Please email us and let us know which sessions you would like to join - we will be delighted to make this work for you!

 

We are all happy in a healthy classroom!

  • Please stay home if you or your child feels unwell. If you miss a class due to illness a make up session can be booked via the Make Up Scheduler. Only classes with space for a make-up will show up in the scheduler. Make ups must be used within the current semester you are registered for - Make ups may be booked after week 1 of a semester.

  • We are pleased to use an air purifier in our classrooms where there is not one inbuilt to our locations' air conditioning systems.

  • ALLERGY ALERT: Please remember no food or drink in our classrooms - some children have allergies and it is important to keep them safe.

 
 

 

 CLASS POLICIES

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read BEFORE you register!

  • REGISTRATION POLICY: All registration is on a first-come first-serve basis. Your registration is not confirmed until full payment is received, unfortunately we cannot hold spaces.  Families attending with children from separate households must register individually (ie grandparents with multiple grandchildren, nanny share etc).  Your class teacher may change during the semester subject to requirement
  • REFUND POLICY: All cancelled registrations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, New Family Admin fees are non-refundable. No refunds are given from one week of the semester start date.  Any credit requests are considered at the director's discretion if approved may only be given in the week before semester start.  All credits must be used for classes and within 2 sessions of their issuance.  Credits are only transferable within the same family household. Curriculum materials and instruments may not be returned. Pop up, Drop-in classes and Holiday Jingles are non-refundable, a credit for future events will be given if you cancel up to 48 hours before your Pop up class, Holiday Jingles funds are donated to our charity.
  • CLASS CHANGES:  Teachers, class times and locations may be subject to change at any time. 
  • CANCELLED CLASS: Any class may be cancelled at the start of a semester if there is insufficient registration to provide a meaningful Music Together class experience, we will do our best to find a convenient alternative class, if nothing is suitable a refund or credit will be given. 
  • INCLEMENT WEATHER: TipToe Music follows local Public School board policy for weather cancellations and snow days. If public schools close due to inclement weather our classes will be cancelled - please book a make up class. Our classes WILL run if school buses are cancelled. 
  • HEALTH & SAFETY: We ask all families to follow our guidelines, emailed to registered families at the start of each semester, to help keep our classroom healthy. We know that the best place for your child when they are sick is home.  Please do not feel that you must come to class when you or your child are not well; we will ask any family who appears unwell to return home. We all appreciate you not sharing germs.
  • VISITING SIBLINGS: Older siblings may visit once per semester, pre-arranged with the office (and only if there is space within the class) - if you need to bring a sibling to class please email us before class to ensure there is space.  We are pleased to accept a $20 donation per sibling which will be donated to our Community Fund. Please do not come to class with older siblings who are too unwell to go to school; we have many infants, children and pregnant mothers in our classes who particularly need to avoid unnecessary exposure to germs. Any child attending class on a regular basis must be registered for class.
  • MAKE UP CLASS POLICY:  Make-up spots are available depending on space in each class.  Families are able to book a make up class after week 1 of a semester. Families are asked to book their make ups via our make-up scheduler on our Enrolled Family Portal.  Make-up Classes are offered as a courtesy and must be used within the current semester.  Make up classes may not be available at the same time as your regular registered class and spots will be limited. Make ups are not available for Pop-up or Drop-in classes, or Holiday Jingles.
  • GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY:  TipToe Music Gift Certificates can be used for our classes, events and products only.  Our gift certificates may not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Our gift certificates only expire once redeemed.
  • PRICE CHANGES: Tuition pricing is subject to change at any time. Changes occur on an as-needed basis. Prices may also need to vary by location based on evolving circumstances. Pricing and level of service may be reassessed at any time as we work to make our experience the very best for all our families.  We reserve the right to change fees and/or change service options at any time, without notice
  • LIABILITY: By registering with TipToe Music you release, indemnify and agree to hold harmless TipToe Music, E-J Walker, Music Together LLC, and their respective directors, officers, employees, sponsors, teachers, and staff from any claim, suit, demand, or action arising in connection with you or your child’s participation in programs operated by TipToe Music.  This includes any liability relating to infectious or contagious disease exposure or transmission.
